Laura Franceschetti (“the boss”)
Growing up in the restaurant business, many of her recipes have been passed down from her nonna (“grandmother”). Laura’s cooking style skillfully combines traditional Tuscan cuisine and imaginative flavours, without neglecting the inexorable influence of the Mediterranean diet.
Gianluca Somigli (“the gipsy”)
Having worked in various restaurants around the world, Gianluca brings a touch of magic to the kitchen. He is the creative force behind the duo, pushing the boundaries of Tuscan food to bold new flavours, aromas and colours.
