This Saturday, May 23rd, at 6 pm Italy (5 pm UK / 12 am EST) distinguished chef Pietro from Ristorante Albergaccio di Castellina (previously awarded a Michelin star) will run a cooking class for you, live on Instagram. Prepare two refreshing antipasti: a typical Sicilian salad with citron and bottarga, and Pietro’s signature starter with spring onions, lemon, honey, and fresh pine nut mayonnaise.
