As we enter the new year, we anticipate bright and brilliant things, and hope that yours has started in the best possible way. With the recent and overwhelmingly positive news on vaccines, we stride into the new year with renewed confidence and optimism that better things are just around the corner.

This is also why we would like to make sure that all our clients feel the same confidence when choosing their villa with us for travel in 2021 and 2022. By providing this flexibility with your booking, we hope to bring extra peace of mind and tranquility when planning your well-deserved trip to beautiful Italy. Please be aware that this guarantee will only be available for bookings during 2021 and 2022. TN&M Reserves the right to change or eliminate this guarantee without prior notice.

TN&M’s Responsible Travel Guarantee for 2021 & 2022

What options will I have for my booking?

1- At any point in time, before your final balance is due (63 days prior to arrival), you can change the dates of your reservation to new available dates at the same villa and within the year 2021.

2- When your final balance is due, and if your plans are affected due to Covid-related restrictions, you will be able to move your booking to different available travel dates at the same villa, in 2021 or 2022.

3- If you are not able to choose your new dates right away, we will send you a voucher for the monies received. This can be used against a booking at the same villa for travel dates within 24 months of the original booking.

4- Should your plans be affected only after you have paid your final balance, we will refund the balance payment and send you a voucher for the monies received. You can also choose to re-book straight away for new travel dates at the same villa. 


What do you mean by Covid-related restrictions?

Any official restriction issued by a governing body that prevents your travel to the villa.

Can I transfer my voucher to another person?

Yes. To do this please contact us directly.

Can I use my voucher for another villa, or change my villa when I re-book? 

No. Your voucher can only be used for the villa you originally booked.

Up until when can I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher for available travel dates within 31st December 2022 at the same villa.

Will there be a difference in price?

If you book travel dates in a higher price category, then you will be required to pay the difference in price.

Can the paid monies be refunded?

We cannot refund the paid monies but will issue a voucher for the equivalent amount.
