Sereni a Tavola is a classic balsamic tour, tasting and lunch experience, hosted on a small family-run farm called Acetaia Sereni. Situated in the beautiful Villabianca hills between Bologna and Modena, prepare to be fully immersed in the production phases of traditional Balsamic Vinegar from vineyard to bottle, before sitting down for an intimate and informative tasting and gourmet lunch.

The Sereni a Tavola experience will lead you on an immersive journey through the history of Acetaia Sereni, from the conception of their traditional balsamic vinegar production to the present day. Experience all the different phases in the production of Aceto Balsamico, from a close-up look at the estate’s vines to the final bottle. You will even tour the cooking room for the grape must, two ageing rooms and the Balsamic Museum.
The tour will end in the Terazza Sereni, a panoramic glass terrace, with sweeping views across the surrounding countryside. Here you will taste five different types of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which range from 8 (the youngest) to 50 years old. The experience will then conclude with a gourmet lunch.

The tasting menu for your gourmet lunch comprises local produce from the surrounding territory, including EVO Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar produced on the estate at Acetaia Sereni.
This will be paired with distinguished local wines, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP and Pignoletto Colli Bolognese DOCG, followed by Grappa di Lambrusco Grasparossa for digestif.
Acetaia Sereni is a family-run Balsamic vinegar farm and a leading producer of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP and IGP, with a history that stretches back to the 1900s. Situated in the village of Marano sul Panaro, their idyllic estate is surrounded by undulating countryside, vineyards and olive groves.
The Sereni a Tavola experience starts at 11am and will last approximately 3 hours. It will begin with a tour of the estate, vineyards and Balsamico museum, followed by a tasting of five different types of Aceto Balsamico. The experience will end with a gourmet lunch.
