Excellent facilities and very well equipped. Everyone was happy. 27-Aug-2016 Mr Nicholas Kenyon United Kingdom product comment The villa met and exceeded all expectations from the well kept grounds to the beautiful faucets, sinks and vanities, bed linens, appliances, tableware and plenty of wine glasses. The home was clean and very well furnished. the 10 of us especially enjoyed eating on the vine covered patio lit by candles each evening as we watch the sunset. And we didn't mind being awakened by the neighborhood roosters each morning. In the morning having breakfast outside to see the views was awesome. We could see Valiano and other hilltop towns in the distance as well as the outline of the Appenines. The pool served us well. Miriana, the caretaker, left us pasta, wine, fresh peccorino cheese, fagioli and home grown fresh tomatoes for our first meal. Fortunately, we had a couple of good cooks in our group! On the last night Miriana and her helper prepared homemade pizzas for us in the wood fired pizza oven on the patio. What a treat to see and taste! All of us agreed it was week we'll never forget. 10-Sep-2016 service comment Every expectation was met and exceeded from the well maintained grounds to the cleanliness of the villa to the beautiful appointments - faucets, sinks and vanities, appliances and cookware. The platters and dishes were beautiful to use and plenty of wine glasses. We loved the vine covered patio where 10 of us ate every night. An especially nice touch was the gift of wine, pasta, fagioli, fresh home grown tomatoes and fresh pecorino cheese waiting for us! We toured some days and ate a big meal out but always came back to sit outside at the table lit with candles to watch the breathtaking sunsets for a late dinner of meats, cheeses, locally grown olives, bruschetta and of course that wonderful red wine. The pool was well used and clean as a whistle. We even loved having the neighborhood roosters wake us up each morning! Miriana and her helper prepared pizza in the outdoor wood fired oven for us on the last night! What a treat. The location near Montepulciano was perfect for our group after 3 nights in Florence it was just 90 minute drive south. The surrounding vineyards were ripe with grapes to soon be picked. We all agreed it was a special time. 10-Sep-2016 Mrs Ann Housh United States service comment Whole ordering process very efficient with timely reminders of payments due. Staff very friendly and helpful. Description of the property was very accurate but directions in need of improvement (SatNav found the property OK whereas road directions were inaccurate). 06-Aug-2016 product comment Property truly stunning and very comfortable. All the rooms nice proportions which gave our family plenty of room to relax in. Kitchen was very well equipped although smaller saucepans would have been useful. Welcome food and wine very much appreciated. Outside area is fantastic; great places to sit and relax. Table tennis area most welcome as it was a cool area out of the sun. The pool area was immaculate with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The gardens were magnificent and the views out towards Valiano are beautiful. Bikes very handy but could do with some maintenance. Parking area good. Thanks for all the information left within the house; supermarkets in the area were found easily. Would certainly recommend this property to friends as it is outstanding. 06-Aug-2016 Dr Nick Payne United Kingdom product comment "This was the third villa in Tuscany that I have rented over past 7/8 years for myself and my children and grandchildren. Although the first two properties were leased at a weekly rent substantially in excess of the weekly rent I paid for La Badiole, all members of my family have unanimously chosen La Badiole as the best villa among all three - particularly as to the exterior look of, and the internal structure of, the villa, the quality of the facilities( including a ""killer"" heated pool , a fully equipped BBQ and an attractive outdoor dining area) and the views from the pool and outdoor dining area. That said, there were a few negatives. There was an overwhelming number of flies-outdoors all day until 8/9 in the evening and 24/7 in the indoor kitchen area; the large number of flies continuously in the kitchen area , even though we did our best to keep fly access from the outside ( through open, unscreened doors and windows) to a minimum, and the large number of flies present when my family first awoke each morning prompted many of us to suspect some type of infestation in the kitchen area! One other negative was the cost of electricity; such cost was payable at end of stay in cash and totalled ( after giving effect to a specified free usage ) over $300 Euros for one week stay. This cost strikes me as excessive, particularly in that the whole family spent 3 full days and another 1/2 day sightseeing. An even more troubling aspect of this payment was that it had to be paid in cash at a time when many of us were about to depart Italy and therefore short of Euros (we had to use substantially all of our Euros to meet this cost). Assuming that this electricity cost was substantially correct and not a math error, I suggest either that the rental price be increased in an amount needed to cover electricity costs (I do not think that such increase would have any negative impact on renting the villa) or that the cash payment policy be changed and checks or credit cards be accepted to pay this cost. 02-Jul-2016 service comment Not much interaction between company and me,but TNM always on top of all issues 02-Jul-2016 Mr Sean Geary United States service comment Excellent customer service in terms of addressing questions and concerns. Also the property we selected exceeded our expectations. 17-Sep-2016 Mr Ketan Patel United States Read more Reviews Collected by us from our feedback forms we send to all our clients We've been most impressed with Tuscany Now and More. At the villa, the housekeeper was excellent and could't have been more helpful. The setting was absolutely beautiful and the size of the house allowed all our party to enjoy being together as well having privacy when required. The heated pool was a highlight for all. 06-Aug-2016 Dr Nick Payne United Kingdom We chose La Badiole for our family reunion. This was our 3rd time with Tuscany Now & More, and we are sure it won´t be the last time. All members from 1 year to 73 years loved this place. The villa is absolutely fantastic and tastefully decorated. The outside area is beautiful with great view. Lots of activities for all ages. We give La Badiole our warmest recommendation. 09-Jul-2016 Mr Morten Lund Denmark The villa was absolutely stunning! Especially the gardens. We knew instantly it must be an English family that owned the house because the landscaping was beautiful. The views from the villa were like painting! The pool is large and the cabana is very useful when the weather gets hot. The villa itself is beautiful and it's obvious the owners spent a lot of time and expense building it. The kitchen are large and well-equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean and well-appointed. The whole place is nestled in between neighboring vineyards. It is a bit isolated but in a good way. It's an easy drive into Valiano or Petrignano and Cortona, Montepulicano and Castiglione del Lago are short drives away. The caretaker, Miriana, is a gem and responds quickly to questions and requests. The whole holiday will be one my family does not soon forget! 04-Jun-2016 Ms Kelly Moss United States Read more Services {{ category.cat1 }} {{ service.name }} Services availables on demand These services are organized by our concierge team not by the ownner/manager.
