Torre Onda Vetra

Torre Onda Vetra rises above the sea along the Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, positioned between the villages of Vietri sul Mare (2km/1.2mil), renowned for its colourful artistic ceramics, and Cetara (3km/1.9mil), celebrated for its traditional tuna and anchovy fisheries. While the villa enjoys a secluded cliffside setting, local life is close at hand in the hillside hamlet of Albori (4km/2.5mil), officially recognised as one of I Borghi Più Belli d’Italia (Italy’s most beautiful villages). Here, guests can wander through flower-lined alleyways of stone houses, visit the 17th-century Church of Santa Margherita di Antiochia, enjoy traditional dining at Ristorante Pane e Pane or Bruschetteria Albori, and experience the quieter, more authentic side of the Amalfi Coast. The nearby town of Vietri sul Mare offers a wider selection of amenities, including bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, and a lively weekly Thursdya market.  Thanks to its strategic position less than 600 metres (660 yards) from the A3 motorway entrance, the villa allows guests to move easily between coast and city without driving the full Amalfi coastal road. Salerno (9km/5.6mil), with its elegant seafront promenade and main ferry port, is minutes away, while Naples (52km/32mil) is easily reached for day trips, shopping and cultural visits. The archaeological sites of Pompeii (27km/16.8mil) and Paestum (51km/31.7mil) are also comfortably accessible.  The iconic towns of the Amalfi Coast, including Amalfi (18km/11.2mil) and Positano (35km/21.7mil), can be reached via the scenic SS163 coastal road, while Sorrento (54km/33.6mil) and the Sorrentine Peninsula are accessible by bypassing the inner coastal traffic thanks to the motorway connection. For island excursions, ferries to Capri and Ischia depart regularly from the ports of Salerno and Amalfi.

By Car:

Motorway: From the Autostrada A3 towards Salerno from Naples, exit at Vietri sul Mare and continue on the SS163 towards the Amalfi Coast for 600 metres (660 yards). 
The villa offers gated parking for up to four cars.

By Train:

Railway station in Salerno (8km/5mil) with high-speed connections, or for local trains the railway station in Vietri sul Mare (3km/1.9mil). A SITA bus stop serving routes 5020 and 5120, connecting Salerno, Vietri sul Mare, Cetara, Amalfi and Positano, is located approximately 50 metres (55 yards) from the villa
