The evening begins with an aperitif and finger food in the Bar & Lounge, offering a moment to relax and take in the atmosphere of this remarkable historic setting. You will then be welcomed to the chef’s table, where you will watch as each course is prepared live, transforming seasonal ingredients into refined dishes inspired by Italian culinary traditions.

Throughout the evening, guests are invited to interact with the chef, gaining insight into the techniques, ingredients and creative process behind each plate.

The evening culminates in a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, paired with a selection of wines to complement each dish. 
 

This evening experience begins with an aperitif and finger food served in the Bar & Lounge. Guests are then invited to take their place at the chef’s table, where a professional chef prepares each dish live during a four-course dinner with wine pairings.
