Immersive Val d’Orcia cheese experience with lunch

Here you will begin with a morning tour with a master cheesemaker, who will immerse you in the entire production process, from stable to dairy. Explore picturesque Val d’Orcia hilltowns 

Following your dairy experience, your driver will take you and your expert guide to three of Val d’Orcia’s iconic villages. Passing ancient villages and vineyards, take in the stunning Tuscan landscapes as you travel between Pienza, San Quirico and Montalcino. 

Starting in Pienza, this ancient village boasts extraordinary views. It is also a hub for the delicious pecorino cheese, so this is a great opportunity to stock up on your favourite styles! 
San Quirico is a charming village between Pienza and Montalcino, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees, and is home to several important churches. The Chapel of Madonna of Vitaleta, just outside of the village, and the San Quirico d’Orcia cypress trees are among the most photographed landmarks in Val d’Orcia and it is not hard to see why. 

The final destination of your day in Val d’Orcia is the iconic Montalcino. Home to the powerhouse Tuscan red wine, Brunello di Montalcino, be sure to stock up the wine cellar before returning to your luxury villa in Tuscany. Hopefully just in time for aperitivo!
