When you opt for the Chianti Wine Tour, Tasting, Cooking Class & Lunch experience at Colle Bereto, you will be guided by one of the estate’s wine specialists through the innovative gravity-flow vinification process, clarification and ageing. Enjoy an intimate tour of the impressive vaulted wine cellars, which are still in their original historic location. Experience the vineyards up close and discover the secrets of Chianti’s rich and varied terroir.
Colle Bereto winery also has its vegetable garden and produces its grain for the estate’s organic flour. Savour the full fruits of the land in an intimate cooking class in a traditional Tuscan kitchen. After the wine tour, you will be invited to knead your dough and create your fresh pasta.
Alongside famous wines like Chianti Classico, Colle Bereto produces a range of niche labels: from the full-bodied white wine and sparkling Brut rosé, to a luxurious 100% Sangiovese Merlot and elegant 100% Pinot Noir. The Colle Bereto Wine Tour, Tasting, Cooking Class & Lunch experience is approximately 3-3.5 hours long with a flexible start time. Begin with a tour of the wine cellar and visit the vineyard, before taking part in a pasta-making cooking class. The experience will conclude with a wine tasting and three-course lunch.
