Feedback Form Prize Draw terms and conditions

We are giving away a free week's stay at one of our Villas to one lucky winner, to be selected from all those that have returned the Tuscany Now & More® Feedback Form questionnaire after their holiday with Tuscany Now & More® in 2024. The promoter of this prize draw is Tuscany Now & More® Ltd, registered address Lynton House 7-12, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9BQ.

1. All entries must be received by Tuscany Now & More® by Tuesday 31st December 2024.
2. The winner will receive a week's stay at one of Tuscany Now & More® Villas in the Tuscany region. The prize can be used exclusively within the 2025 calendar year, subject to availability and excluding the period from 26th May to 1st September 2025.
3. The prize does not include flights, transport or any extra costs incurred locally in accordance with Tuscany Now & More® general Booking Conditions for stays at its villas.
4. The villa will be chosen by Tuscany Now & More® at its sole discretion. The maximum number of people allowed on this stay must not exceed the maximum number of people allowed at that villa.
5. A representative of Tuscany Now & More® will randomly choose the winner of the prize draw on Monday 8th January 2025. The promoter's decision is final.
6. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 10th January 2025 and will be notified by email.
7. Entries must be submitted exclusively by returning the Tuscany Now & More® Feedback Form using the link provided. The link to the Feedback Form will be sent via email by Tuscany Now & More® to all clients that have been on holiday at one of Tuscany Now & More® villas in the year 2024.
8. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt or multiple entries will not be accepted. Tuscany Now & More® does not accept responsibility for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
9. The winner is not allowed to sell or auction the prize on to a third party.
10. Tuscany Now & More® reserves the right to check the validity and reject entries.
11. Tuscany Now & More® may use names, counties, and countries of the winner in future publications and publicity.
12. If events occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Tuscany Now & More®, Tuscany Now & More® reserves the right to change or withdraw the prize draw and/or prize at any time and the entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Tuscany Now & More® as a result thereof.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and Tuscany Now & More® and the entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
